As part of its Dealer Tier Program, ATC grades the knowledge and experience of its dealers on a scale of 1-50 in the areas of business alignment, value added to the transaction, treatment of ATC, accuracy of work, market share in the geographic area, shipping, inventory, and sales volume. These scores place each dealership into one of three tiers, with platinum being the highest.
